Dear Mom,
life continues on in mante. this week we will be having a baptism so that
is exciting news! luz angelica lopez medina will be baptized saturday at 6
our time. we still dont know who will be doing it. I sure miss Elder
Leon, anyway tomorrow we have zone conference so hopefully i will have some
letters to get me through this next transfer. the work is going well in
mante. we are teaching a lot every week and finding new people to teach
but we end up dropping most of them within a week or two. i hope everything
is going well in provo. the camp sounds fun. i will need to send my emails
to dan through you and dad, so i will be sending them to dad to forward on.
right now i am in chronicles. i have now read the book of mormon twice and
finished D&C and am working on the old testiment, including most of the
pearl of great price. sorry that this email isn´t the best. pictures.
there are a lot of canals here in mante. this is one of them, and
sometimes you can see turtles on the banks like this... ok usually only
one, this was really rare. the picture of me and helamen... helaman is the
member that speaks english and wants to go to BYU, he has been my friend,
especially since elder leon left. any way im going to switch over to dad`s
email.
